Alternator-a. make-As specified in accepted make of material .b .Type - Self excited and self regulated. capacity - 320 KVA at 0.8 PF. d. System of voltage - 3 phase, 415V. e. Speed - 1500 RPM. f. Voltage regulation band - 2.50% of rated Voltage .g. Insulation - Class F/H. h. AVR - AVR shall be provided with a motorized or solid state potentiometer. i. IP rating of enclosure - IP 23.j. Wave form distortion - No load<1.5%, non-distorting balanced linear load<5%.k.Telephone interference factor - Better than 50 l. Total harmonic factor - Better than 2%. Standard control panel with suitably rated MCCB with overload and E/F release and standby low set earth fault relay using neutral CT .The alternator should confirm to IS 4722. Routine tests as per relevant ISS shall be conducted and test reports of the same shall be furnished at the time of delivery. Fuel tank-Integral type fuel tank of adequate capacity. Battery-Required number of suitably rated fully charged battery with leads and terminals as required as per manufactures requirements. Battery Charger: supply and providing 24V battery charger suitable for charging battery of DG Set (180 Ah) consisting of the following. a. Transformer / Rectifier with surge protection device. b. Charging facility for 12V & 24 V battery. c. DC Volt Meter. d. DC Ammeter to indicate both charging and discharging current. e. Selector Switch for trickle and boost charging. f. Automatic overcharge cut off facility .Acoustic enclosure: a, The DG set shall be supplied along with specially designed company fabricated (to be fabricated in the same company from where the DG set delivered) acoustic enclosure to meet the stringent MOEF/ CPCB norms of 75 dBA@ 1m at 75% load under free field conditions. b. Sufficient space and clearance shall be maintained inside the enclosure to have optimum serviceability. c. Air inlet louvers shall be designed in such a way as to operate the set at rated load even at 50ºC enclosure temperature. d. The enclosure shall be with UV resistant powder coating capable to withstand extreme environments. e. Hardware used shall be of only stainless steel make, f. Insulation material shall confirm to IS 8183 specification. Documents to be supplied: a. Engine manual, b. Spare parts book, c. Warranty certificate, d. Alternator manual & test certificate, e.1 set control wiring drawing. Installation: It shall be installed in the pre-constructed concrete bed complying to relevant IS standards, IE rules and as per the direction of the official. Testing and commissioning :The DG set shall be tested as per relevant IS standards. Block load testing shall also be conducted and DG should have capacity to withstand block load of 55%.The load required for testing shall be made available at site by the selected agency at their own expense. The DG set should be provided with 3-year comprehensive maintenance inclusive of all Services, periodic maintenance as prescribed by the OEM including all consumable items like Engine Oil, Oil Filter, Air Filter, Coolant etc. except diesel during the DLP period. |
