Dismantling charges of complete hoist from the gantry girder by mechanical arrangement, chain blocks and heavy manual labour arrangement with all safety provisions as the crane is hanged 12-15 ft up from the ground level. Dismantling of both end carriage gears and wheels.

Repairing of panel box and replacement of contactor. relay & transformer CT etc.

Repairing of cable for remote and support wire for the above mention hoist for CT arrangement.

Repairing of complete brake assembly along with coils assembly etc. for the above mentioned hoist.

Replacement of Limit switches for UP- Down.

Repairing of end carriage wheel with gears, pinion etc

Complete welding, turning, alignment of main drum shaft with its bush and threading with balancing the drum and counter gears.

Cleaning, oil/greasing and compound.

Fixing of complete hoist and both side end carriage gear box along with motor with proper alignment for smooth functioning of complete EOT crane.

Testing of complete EOT crane on no load and on load as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
