Tender For Periodical Services To All Occupied H Type Qtrs Of Mtpf Ambernath Including Periodical Services To Stair Cases Of Bldgs., Termite Treatment To External Wall & Allied Repairs.

M&L for preparation of surfaces including thorough cleaning of surface, removal of all sort of dust / loose paint etc from the surface to be painted, application of putty to the make the surface smooth in required portions of area to be painted, thorough cleaning of all rooms, and applying Two coats of distemper oil emulsion on ceiling (Make: 1st Quality from Asian Paints / Birla Opus / Berger) etc all complete as directed by EIC.Imp Notes: (i) The prepared surface shall be shown to the SIC & EIC before start of 1st Coat.(ii) Similarly the 1st Coat of paint shall be shown to the SIC & EIC before start of 2nd coat.(iii) The Contractor shall make sure that the surface shall be finished to the entire satisfaction of the Occupant of the Quarter and EIC. The Contractor shall make good defects / shall apply more coats of paints as required for achieving the desired finished surface at its own risk and cost. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained for additional coats required.(iv) The make and shade of the paint shall be approved from the Competent Authority before start of work.(v) The Contractor shall submit Satisfactory Work Completion Certificate from user of each Quarter along with the RAR / Final Bills.

M&L for taking down old loose plaster , and rendering Avg. 20 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 with neeru finish to match the level of existing plaster, including thorough cleaning of site and removal of all rubbish outside of the premises and shifting to low lying area with proper leveling etc all complete as directed by the EIC.Imp. Note: (i) The Contractor shall use aggregate of proper gradation for mortar preparation and shall not use Stone Dust.(ii) The cement used shall not be more than one month old.

M & L for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment along external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron at suitable intervals (Up to 1 m c/c) etc all complete as directed by the EIC.Imp Notes: i) Sample of chemical emulsion shall be got approved from EIC before use in work.ii) Contractor shall give Guarantee Certificate for Anti Termite treatment work for a period of Minimum 1 Year. Any sort of development of Termite shall be immediately attended to by the Contractor for a period of 1 Year at his own risk & cost.iii) The Contractor shall carry out the work only in presence of Authorized Factory Representative.iv) The Contractor shall take photos & make videos of the work for each qtr and shall make a record of the same.v) The Contractor shall take the signature of Occupant of Quarter / Bldg and shall submit the same to SIC / EIC for record.

M & L for preparation of New or previously untreated surfaces of stone masonry including complete removal of all sort of loose dust with washing down, and application of Two Coats (or extra coats of paint at Contractor's own risk & cost so as to bring the surface to the desired finish to the entire satisfaction of the EIC) of Synthetic Enamel / Clear Stone Polish / Clear Stone Varnish (Make: 1st Quality form Asian Pains / Birla Opus / Nerolac Paints / Any other reputed make as approved by the Competent Authority) suitable for dressed stone surface including necessary safety precautions, thorough cleaning of site etc all complete as directed by the EIC.Note: (i) The Sample of Paint / clear stone polish / Clear Stone Varnish shall be got approved from the EIC before start of work. If desired by the EIC, Contractor shall apply sample of paint / varnish on stone wall surface before execution of work.(ii)The Contractor shall thoroughly clean the surface with water jet prior to start of painting work.
