To perfrom under term contract such services and execute such works on the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the \\"MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2009 Part-I specifications and MES Standard of Rates 2020 Part-II Rates together with errata/amendments as applicable and upon the conditions contained in tender documents, as may be demanded, and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Standard Schedule of Rates. OR At such other rates as may be fixed under the provision of condtition 62 of \\"General conditions of contracts (IAFW-2249)\\" 1989 print with errata/amendments as applicable. Note :- (i) Tenderer shall insert percentage rate at the 16th row and 'F' clicking if tgus BOQ Excel sheet. (ii) Tenderer shall refer and select the option Excess (+) or less (-) available at the 16th row and 'E' column of this BOQ Excel sheet to quote the percentage above/below MES standard Schedule of Rates. (iii) Amount inserted by the MES under rate column and the total amount reflected in this page is a rough guidance and for reference only. Similarly the quoted amount worked out (based on percentage rate quoted by contractor) shall also be treated as rough and for reference only. The acceptance of contractor's offer shall be done for quoted percentage rate on MES Standard Schedule of Rates. The work order for various works/ services shall be placed for amount worked out/ priced on the rates contained in MES Standard Schedule of Rates Part-II duly adjusted by percentage rate quoted by contractor. (iv) Contractor's special attention is invited to condition \\"4(A) WORKS TO BE CARRIED OUT (APPLICABLE ON TO TERM CONTRACTS\\" and condition \\"56 TERMINATION OF CONTRACT (APPLICABLE ONLY TO TERM CONTRACTS)\\" of General Conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249)\\", The provisions of these conditions of General Conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249)\\", are strictly to be followed. (v) It is an express condition of this contract that the amount of total works/ services required to be done under this contract can vary to any extant irrespective of the amount worked out/ mentioned in this BOQ sheet and contractor shall be bound to execute such works/ services at the rates contained in MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part-II duly adjusted by quote percentage rate during contract period.
