Underwater cleaning of barnacle & weeds on Hull along with trained divers etc. complete as directed by EIC.

Underwater fitment/Welding of Sacrificial Zinc anode on Hull structural under water welding 05 nos each side on every 18 meters of distance of approved make, specification etc to be approved by EIC..

Purchase/ Supply of material i.e. Sacrificial hanging Zinc Anode one side 05 Nos. for every 18 meters length.

Additional G.I. layer on Deck (i.e. Foredeck/Foc'sle, Quarter deck, Helo deck) with Galvanized, chequered plate (minimum 6mmthick ) Doubling sheets approx area have to be covered 4000 sq feet with proper welding rode all material should be use only ISI mark etc complete as directed by EIC.

Overall painting of Khukri vessel i.e. Hull, upper deck, bridge, funnel, missile, equipment have to be covered all area of vessel. Only Epoxy Corrosion Resistant marine grade Anti-skid paint should be used as per standard Indian Navy & also use one coat of primer with same grade. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
