Supplying and filling of sand in foundation and plinth well watered and rammed including all cost, labour, T & P etc complete.

Cement Concrete(1:4:8) with 4cm size crusher broken metal including cost of all labour, materials with all taxes, lead,T &P etc all complete.

RCC work M-20 grade with 20mm and down graded black hard granite (crusher broken) stone chips including hoisting and laying etc. complete in all respect.

Supplying fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification. (A/R, P-52, item -9a)

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking joints 12 mm. deep and removing debries within 50 meters lead.

Dismentaling brick or stone masonry in lime or stone mortar under 3m. Height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50 m. lead.

Flyash Brick (25cm x 12cm x 8cm) masonary in cement motar (1:6) in foundation and plinth including cost convenyance royality of materials etc. complete as per direction of the E.I.C. Data per 1 Cum.

Fly ash bricks in Cement mortar (1:6) in Super structure including all cost,conveyance etc.

12 mm thick cement plaster outside in CM(1:6) with watering, curing including all cost etc.

16 mm thick cement plaster outside in CM(1:6) with watering, curing including all cost etc.

2.5 cm thick Artifical Stone Flooring with cement concrete (1:2:4) including punning using 12mm size crusher broken granite chips as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Priming one coat with any approved primer including cost of primer for Steel work.
