| 6 | Providing HYSD/TMT bars confirming to grade Fe 500 of steel and approved quality including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding lapping, welding, etc. & conforming to IS specification and tying the grills and placing in position with ties, charges and spacers including lapping by binding wires / welding wherever necessary and fixing of reinforcement for RCC works as per the approved design with all leads, lifts and de-lifts from bending yard to placement spot including cost, quality control testing charge and conveyance of HYSD/TMT bars and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge including cost of all labour, T & P and supervision charges, Labour Cess & all taxes (excluding GST) etc. complete as per design, drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer – in – Charge. (Standard co-efficient of different sizes of steel shall be considered for payment & welding and lapping shall confirm to relevant clause of IS code). |
| 7 | Providing rigid and smooth form works with F1 finish for Cement Concrete or RCC work & dismantling thereafter casting for all heights in all types of structures including pier, abutment, trough slab, road slab etc. complete using steel shutters efficiently propped and braced using required number of pylons for vertical support, scaffolding, gangway etc. complete and applying the finish for surfaces prominently exposed to public view or flow areas subjected to high velocity as per IS 457 and dismantling after allowing required support time and stacking the same for reuse including greasing, oiling etc. including cost, carriage and taxes (excluding GST) of all materials, labour, labour cess and T&P and supervision charges complete as per approved design and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
