Flyash Brick (25cm x 12cm x 8cm) masonary in cement motar (1:6) in foundation and plinth including cost convenyance royality of materials etc. complete as per direction of the E.I.C. Data per 1 Cum.

Fly ash bricks in Cement mortar (1:6) in Super structure including all cost,conveyance etc.

12 mm thick cement plaster outside in CM(1:6) with watering, curing including all cost etc.

16 mm thick cement plaster outside in CM(1:6) with watering, curing including all cost etc.

Providing and fixing vertified tiles of size 600mmX600mm coloured or printed series (homogeneous) in floors, treads or steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Priming 1 coat with any approved primer including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of E.I.C..
