Providing laying spreading and compacting by mechanical means 75 mm (seventy five millimetre) compacted thickness broken /crushed stone aggregate of size 63mm to 45mm (sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) Grading-II to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to one hundred ) K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber including applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (eleven decimal two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.20 cum (zero point two zero cubic metre) per ten square metre and binding material at the rate of 0.06 (zero decimal zero six) cubic metre per ten square metre to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 400 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.225 kg. (zero point two two five kilogram) per Square metre on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 500 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads , lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 25mm thick (Twenty five milimetre) with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes ( Seventy five Tonnes) per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-10) @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem rollers to achive the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 in all respect as per the direction of Engineer- in -charge, including entire carriage of materials, within all leads, lifts other incidentals.The rate is including of octroi, royality, GST, Malkana, toll tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm (two point five millimetres) thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms (two hundred fifty grams) per square metre area, thickness of 2.5 mm (two point five millimetres) is excludive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH Technical specification clause 803 .
