Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam specifications including in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening and binding materials to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading-III as per technical specifications clause 405 by manual means including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer- in- Charge .

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom.on bitumen surface @ 0.25 kg/sqm (Zero point two five kilogram). with medium bitumen emulsion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer -In -charge and other incidentials.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30mm (Thirty millimetre) thick with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an averege out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregateof specific grading premix with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent (five point four to five point percent ) of mix filleren tranported and hot mix to work to site upto a lead of 1000 metre (one thousand metre) laid over a previously prepered surface with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratry and tandom roller to achieved the desired compaction as per technical specification clause 509 with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm ( Two point five millimetre)thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 grams ( Two hundred fifty )per square metre area, thickness of 2.5 mm(Two point five millimetre) is execlusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35.
