Providing laying spreading and compacting by manual means 75 mm (seventy five millimetre) compacted thickness broken /crushed of stone aggregate of size 63mm to 45mm (sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) Grading-II to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to hundred ) K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber including applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (eleven decimal two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.20 cum (zero point two zero cubic metre) per ten square metre and binding material at the rate of 0.06 (zero decimal zero six) cubic metre per ten square metre to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 405 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate includes octroi,royality,Malkana,Tol tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate 0.225 kg (zero point two two five kilograme) per/ Square metre on the prepared Bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section No. 503 or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer - in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi,royality,Malkana,Tol tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30 mm thick (Thirty millimetre) bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.50%(five point fifty) per cent by weight of total of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects or as per the direction by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi,royality,Malkana,Tol tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm (two point five millimetres) thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms (two hundred fifty grams) per square area, thickness of 2.5 mm (two point five millimetres) is excludive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH Technical specification clause 803 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.
