Excavation in foundation, trenches etc.in earth work, lift upto 1.50 metres stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers, when required, into plinths, sides of foundations, etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within a lead of 20 metres in pick jumper work.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 sand :6graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation & plimnth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3(1cement: 1.5sand:3agg. Stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in walls including attached buttresses, pilaster of their caps & bases and their caps and bases and string courses etc upto floor two level in all height and depth including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing mild steel/tor steel rainforcement for rainforced concrete work I/c bending, binding and placing in position complete with all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer - In - Charge

Providing from work steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooded battens & ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceilling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work with in all leads aand lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Vertical surface such as walls ( Any thickness) including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth & string courses.

Steel work welded in built up section truses and framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in postion and applying a priming coat or red lead painting in grating framed guard bars, ladders, railing, bracket and similar works I/c all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.
