Supply and Errection of submersible pumping set of KSB/Calama/SU/crompton Johnson /BS/ make confirming to BIS 8034-1979/5659-1979 (latest) suitable for lifting clear water fitted with alloy directly bronze impellers er suitable bronze impellers coupled to squirrell cage electrie induction motor of same make as that of pump confirming to IS 9283-1979 (latest with up to date amendments) and totally waterproof for submercible duty isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber grease packed lubricated bearing & Provided with stainless steel thurst bearing plate to with stand non vertical loads with minimum wear & tear It sholud also be fitted with device to a take up expansion of water with heating of motor including water level guard errection clamps, cable clips & depth gauge etc. The pump shall be suitable for operation on data given below. Providing and laying PVC insulated jointless falt water proof three core copper cable of suitable size 2.5 sq mm 2 for as per BIS 694-1990 (latest with amendements) of siemen/Gloster ICC finolex make from pannel board to starter to motar including all other electrical equipments accessories such as thimbies, flexible pipe solder, nuts and bolts, cable glands ete laid in pipes of trenches with complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge

Supply and errection of panel board fitted properly in MS. box of suitable size with proper locking & rain protection arrangement comprising of automatic starter of MEI L&T make. Am; meter, volt meter. MCCB, main switch oof L&T make phase indication lamps including fixing of M.S. box properly in the ground so that panel board is placed at suitable height with proper MS stand, openable shutter with complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge

Supply and Errection column assembely of PVC pipe of 40mm dia heavy duty ISI marked including all as per IS 15801 : 2010 capable of with standing working pressure of 6.00 kg/cm sq including testing of joints complete and carriage upto all leads Complete in all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge
