Foundation and Plinth (bed) with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing of mild steel/ tor steel reinfircement for rainforced concrete work I/C bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing from work steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooded battens & ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceilling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work with in all leads aand lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits and suspended floors, roofs landing and the like: Floors etc up to 200 mm in thickness with in all leads aand lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

10mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrate/stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two level including arises internal rounded angle chamters and/or rounded angle not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. In cement mortar 1:3.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work,including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint etc. with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing corrugated G.I Sheet roofing fixed with galvanised iron J.or L. hooks bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. Limpet washers filled with white lead complete excluding the cost of purlins refters and trusses. 0.63mm thick sheet within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing ridge or hips 60 cm over in plain galvanised iron G.I Sheet fixed with iron J.or L. hooks bolts and bolts & nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I.
