Distempring (two coat) with oil bond washable distemper of approved brand and manufactor of and required shade on un-decorated wall surface to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufactor after throughly brushing the furface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also i/c preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth priming coat with dispemper primer.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand & manufacture & of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thotoughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt & remains of loose powdered materials.
