Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I bracket, 10mm C.P.brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require: White Vitreous China Surgeon type washbasin of size 660x450 mm with a pair of 15 mm C.P brass pillar taps with elbowincluding g operated.with in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs to plaster of thicness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and unjder, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joint and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per directio of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand.with in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litrebrand and manufacture.with in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
