| 1 | Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks (Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 305 & 1603 and as per direction of the Engineer- In – Charge including setting out, shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm ( one hundred fifty milimetres) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arrise out during dewatering and as per entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 2 | Providing and laying mechanically mixed & vibrated plain cement concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 800, 900 and 1200 nomial mix 1:4:8 (One cement : Four sand : Eight graded/crushed stone aggregate) 40mm (Forty milimetres) nominal size) , as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 3 | Providing concrete for plain cement concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications section 800, 900 , 1200 Nominal mix (1:3:6) (One cement isto Three sand isto Six graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (two milimetre) nominal mix in abutments on ground or under water including curing complete, pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush required at site which may arrise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights and depths including the cost of form work and as per entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 4 | Providing and laying mechnically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete in sub structure as per drawings and technical specifications section 800, 900 and 1200 R.C.C. grade M -20 (M- Twenty) design mix with cement contents not less than 350 kg/cum ( three hundred fifty kilogram per cubic metre) with 20mm ( twenty millimetre) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in bed block dirt wall etcetra including the cost of form work and curing complete , as per entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 5 | Providing in laying mechanically mixed and virbrated concrete for plain cement concrete in super structure complete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 using R.C.C. grade -M 25 ( Twenty five ) 1:1½ : 3 (One cement : One and half sand : Three graded/crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty milimetres) nominal size(Slab) in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work , as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 6 | Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement of grade Fe - 500 D in sub structure/ super structure including cutting bending binding and placing in position complete including the cost of binding wire upto all heights/depths complete as per drawing and MORD technical specifications section 1000, 1200 and 1400 as per entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 7 | Stone soling properly hand-packed filling interstices with Kharanja stone and consolidating with power road roller to the requested gradient and comber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc. complete as per HP.PWD specification. 100 mm spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour), as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads , lifts and other incidental . | 8 | Providing and fixing M.S. Hollow pipe hand railing consisting of IS rolled steel joist posts designation is MB 100 (100x75) at 2.5m (two decimal five metres) interval and three rows of 50mm dia ( fifty milimetres diametres) steel pipes (light) including fixing in positiong o bridge deck complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1208.2 and as per entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 9 | Painting with synthetic enamel paint Asian / Dulux / Berger / Nerolac Suraksha paints of approved brand to give an even shade Two or more coats on new steel work including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty a required for metling the surface complete, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
