Complete overhauling of 245 kV SF₆ Circuit BreakerType 200 SFM-40A Manufacturing year-2001, Sr No-13917C of CGL Make installed at Khodri Circuit–2 including all three poles and pneumatic operating mechanism complete dismantling, cleaning, inspection, replacement of worn-out ETNA seals SET 3 Nos, 240mm neoprene gas kit, 170mm neoprene gas kit / O-rings & gaskets of 3 Nos poles, Providing and replacement of Damaged 4 pole TNC & Local/Remote selector switch & closing coil 33 Ohm /tripping coil -20 Ohm (220 VDC) .Dismantling of existing faulty auxliary Switch and supply and Replacement of auxiliary switch unit (ON/OFF) , NO/NC contacts (52a/52b), Suitable for breaker make & model. Servicing of interrupter assemblies, evacuation and refilling of SF₆ gas, overhauling of pneumatic system (compressor, valves, pipelines, air receiver, filters, moisture trap etc.), checking & adjustment of trip/close mechanism, auxiliary switches and interlocks, conducting timing test, contact resistance test, SF₆ moisture/density check and all necessary material required for overhauling like micro carbon grease, anbond adhesive 680 and 681 Final testing, commissioning and successful trial operation of breaker,handing over in healthy condition i/c service Engineer service charges at 220 kv sub station HPSEBL Giri Nagar complete in all respect as per OEM/departmental norms and to the satisfaction of Enginner -in- charge.
