Repairing and rewinding of Power Transformer, Rating: 750 KVA, 3.3/0.433 KV, S.No.: CE2104, Make - Calson Electricals at Mini CHP of Dipka Expansion Project. Scope of Work: i). Rewinding of complete HV winding (approx. 186 Kg) with new copper strip of Size- 6.2 mm x 3mm. ii), Re-insulation and repairing of all three limbs of HV and LV windings with replacement of paper covering/ insulating materials and gaskets etc. iii). Labour cost & cost of insulating materials of Class-F & gaskets etc. shall be in the scope of contractor. iv). Scrap copper shall be retained by the contractor. v). Transportation (to and fro) of the transformer shall be in the scope of contractor. viii). Test certificate of repaired transformer to be submitted at the time of delivery.

Note: 1). Bidders are advised to see the transformer before quoting the offer. 2). Rate offered should be after deducting the scrap value of copper. 3). Job shall be carried out at the contractor's workshop and the job shall be routed through Regional Stores, Dipka Area. 4). To and fro transportation of the transformer is under the bidder's scope. (Please refer to page no. (26-30) of NIT or Additional Clauses in tenders of Transformer in the uploaded tender documents for Additional Clauses in tenders of Transformer repairing / rewinding to safeguard the interest of the company).
