| 1 | Grouted Nails to be placed at a spacing of 2 meters horizontal and 1.5 meters Vertical Spacing in an effective area of 3 SQM for each Grouted Nail in a pre-drilled hole of 150 mm dia with a combination of 25, 32 and 40-mm TMT of Fe 500 quality with the centralizers as per approved design. The length of the Grouted Nails to be installed to a depth of minimum 12 meters at a required angle, grout the hole with approved OPC Cement. Grout comprising of portable water cement ratio of 0.45 (one bag of 50 kg Cement shall be mixed with 22.5 ltrs of water) and pump under tremie grouting system using Grouting pump. After installing the Grouted Nails as per the design, dress the slope surface to the required profile, fill the voids on the slope with Granular Material or Boulders or Sand Bags to maintain a uniform profile of the slope. Fix one layer of size 75mm x 75mm x 4.2 mm BRC Weld Mesh with the Grouted Nails, Over the first layer of the Weld Mesh fix ISMC (100mm x 50mm x 5 mm) x 2 fabricated with 100mm x 50mm x 10 mm M S Plates and fix the Second Layer of Weld Mesh of the same specification. After fixing the first and Second Layers of Weld Mesh with the wailer beam connect the Grouted Nail Head with 450mm x 450mm x 12 mm M S Plate above the Weld Mesh and Shotcrete the surface with a ratio of 1: 2: 1 Cement, River Sand and 6 mm down size aggregate in two layers of 75 mm each for a total thickness of 150 mm all over the slope surface.Note: The data rate includes to execute the above works suitable heavy Scaffolding required to create a working platform from the bottom of the slope for placing the Drilling Rigs, Grouting Pumps, Welding and Crew etc., including all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, transportation, curing, cost of all materials, hire charges of all required Equipment and the machinery etc. completes as per the approved designs, specifications and drawings etc. and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge of the work.
