Dismantling of winch machine from the hosting channel and disconnecting the stem rod from the leaf structure then extracting out the damaged/worn out gate leaf structure with the help of manual labour using tools and tackles, chain pulley block and tripod/hydra crane or by making any other alternate arrangement for extraction of gate leaf. Carriage of gate structure along with winch machine and stem rod to the road side with the help of manual labour using tools and tackles. Loading in mechanical transport and then carriage to workshop. Fabrication of leaf structure of size 6’3” X 6’11” (approx.) using the ISMC channel of 100X50MM size with 4No. Vertical & 4 No. horizontal cross members for support by way of cutting /welding using superior quality electrodes. Providing and then welding the MS sheet of 5mm thickness on the frame of channel structure. Also making of provision for stem rod attachment by way of welding of 02 no.s L shaped heavy duty M S flat having hole for attachment of stem rod after ensuring the center of gravity of the complete leaf structure. Providing/fixing of rubber seal of appropriate size as per requirement of gate civil structure by providing & fitting of MS flat for securing the seal along with required nuts and bolts.Fabrication, providing & fitting of 01 no. worm gear, main gear along with requisite bearing as per sample and internally threaded bushes to 10 Ton capacity manually operated winch machine drilling holes on hoisting channel and fixing of base plate of 10 mm thickness and Fabrication of stem rod by way of hot pressing and then re machining its threads. Oiling and greasing the gear mechanism before fitting. Complete painting of gate structure by way of Providing two coats of superior quality enamel paint after applying two coats of red oxide primer. Loading the gate structure along with winch machine and other allied material on the mechanical transport for carrying to site of installation. Unloading the gate structure at road side then shifting to the site with the help of manual labour using tools and tackles as per requirement. Installation of gate structure by way of lowering the leaf structure into the sliding grooves using manual labour, tools and tackles, chain pulley block and tripod/crane at site. Fitting of winch machine on the hoisting channel by way of drilling the hole at appropriate places and then fixing it with required nuts and bolts then connecting the stem rod to the leaf structure after ensuring the proper alignment/gravity of the gate structure. Grouting /anchoring of outer frame welded with hoisting channel with appropriate PCC work at both the sides Checking the movement of gate for its smooth operation and providing of MS protection box along with lock for the winch machine .Complete job includes cost of material, transportation charge, labour charges ,welding set charges with D.G Set charges if required. The bidders are advised to visit the site and quote the rate inclusive of suitable rebate on old parts.Any alternation/ modification or variation in dimensions at site if necessary is to be carried out by the firm
