Complete removal of existing flooring, of any thickness, laid with glue/adhesive alike substance, on the skirting and floor followed by scrapping of patches or remains of glue/adhesive alike substance from the skirting and floor including manual/mechanical cleaning and free from all moisture and ready for fixing of new vinyl flooring all complete as per directions of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing Vinyl Flooring of minimum thickness 2 mm with suitable adhesive of approved make by the Engineer-in Charge. The Vinyl flooring to be provided and fixed shall have characteristic properties of anti slip, resistant to abrasion, non-inflamabble and resistant to mositure. The Joints of vinyl flooring should be welded by special PVC thermal welding units using PVC welding bars of same colour. The Vinyl flooring shall be from the approved make of Safety flooring of Wonderfloor/ Ebaco or equivalent and the approved make to be used shall be complied to MII Clause. The corners should not be terminated sharply and sealed perfectly and uniformly all complete and as per the directions of Engineer In charge. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
