1. Reconditioning of D/O Gate at RD 53400The work involves dismantling of the existing D/O gate at RD 53400 from its hoisting arrangement and safe extraction using chain pulley block, tripod stand and manual labour from the embedded blocks and then the gate to be shifted to workshop. The damaged and rusted portions of the gate shall be removed and repaired by patch welding using new MS sheet of suitable gauge.The work includes fabrication, supply and installation of a new winch machine of 3 Ton capacity complete with cover, rain pipe, base plate and stem rod. The repaired gate shall be lowered into position, aligned properly and fitted with the hoisting system using nuts and bolts. The stem rod shall be fixed and aligned to ensure smooth vertical operation. Testing of the gate shall be carried out after installation.2. Reconditioning of D/O Gate at RD 24100The existing D/O gate at RD 24100 shall be dismantled from the hoisting structure and extracted safely with the help of chain pulley block, tripod stand and manual labour and then the gate to be shifted to workshop. The rusted and deteriorated sections shall be removed and repaired through patch welding using new MS sheet of proper thickness. P/F of hoisting for resting of winch machine.The work includes fabrication, supply and installation of a new winch machine of 3 Ton capacity complete with cover, rain pipe, base plate and stem rod. The repaired gate shall be lowered into position, aligned properly and fitted with the hoisting system using nuts and bolts. The stem rod shall be fixed and aligned to ensure smooth vertical operation. 3. Reconditioning of D1 gateThe ditch gate and escape gate of D1 shall be dismantled from their existing hoisting systems and extracted using mechanical lifting arrangements and manual labour and then the gates to be shifted to workshop. The corroded portions of the gate leaves shall be cut out and repaired by welding new MS sheets, MS channels of appropriate gauge.The work includes supply, fabrication and installation of 3-ton capacity winch machine complete with cover, rain pipe, base plate and stem rod. After repairs, the gates shall be lowered into position, aligned, and fitted with hoisting components. Stem rods shall be secured and adjusted for smooth and safe operation. The work also includes too and fro transportation charges of repairing of gates at workshop. The work includes surface preparation using emery paper, application of one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of paint, greasing of all moving parts, cost of materials, tools and tackles, labour charges, welding set hire charges and carriage of equipment to site.
