Repairs to major/minor leakage at 05 spots (approximate 180mm/Spot) along 400mm dia. M.S rising main by way of earth excavation with the help of manual labour/ Excavator and then cutting appropriate size of windows to the rising main by using oxyacetylene gas plant at site for cutting of window to M.S pipe in order to carry out welding works inside the pipe. After making window in the pipe the same shall be dewatered along with dug out trench using dewatering pump till the pipe becomes dry so that the welding works can be carried inside pipe. The job then involves cleaning of rust around pipe by chipping off rusted layers inside the pipe. The cracked portion of the pipe shall be plugged by using M.S flat plat of 3mm thick, 75mm width of suitable length to cover circumferential & longitudinal crack inside/outside the pipe. The job includes the hire charges on a/c of using D.G set, welding set, Gas cutter, load carrier, manual earth excavation, dewatering pump, manual labours, superior quality electrodes and skilled welder for completing the repair work. After successful completion of repair work, the rising main shall be tested on full load.

Fabrication, turning, finishing, shifting and fitting of specified Stainless Steel-410 shaft of 55 mm ND for 10 cuses Hz pumpimg unit with end preparation (threaded, etc.), keyway as per old sample.

Replacement of damaged single row ball bearing 6311 with new one of NBC/ ARB/ ZKL/ equivalent domestic make of 10 cusec horizontal pump unit with adequate greasing at site with the help of puller and other allied accessories for the completion of work.

providing and fitting of suitable size nuts and bolts as per sample and as per site requirement for Foot valve, pumping units, sluice valve.

Repairs to delivery pipe line of priming unit by way of removing rusted nuts and bolts and then proper alignment of delivery system at each point, the job then includes p/f of new nuts and bolts (05 kg) of suitable size and washers, welding work for the completion of work.

Providing and fitting of Bakelite connection plate min. 10mm thick as per given size for autotransformer with holes for connection studs drilled at requisite spots.

Providing and crimping of 400 sq mm copper lugs (Dowells/ Action/ or any other reputed make) with tapping and insulation.
