| 2 | Thorough leak testing of cooling coil, condenser coil and pipe line by Nitrogen gas and brazing/ gas welding i/c vacuumization the refrigerant circuit complete as required. |
| 3 | Supplying & fixing of Condenser Fan motor axial fan with Blade suitable for Uniflair/Schneider make HPAC units, 1350-1380 RPM, suitable for operation on 225-250 watt, 230Volt, 50 Hz AC supply with class F insulation i/c connection and testing etc. as required. ( Make -EBM PAPST, model: S4E450AQ5/REX model-RX4E-450S/HiCool/Spinxx/M&M HARIS/FANS-TECH/Superior make as per approval of the Engineer In Charge.) |

| 16 | Thorough general servicing, checking, cleaning of evaporator filter /cooling coil and condenser coil of precision PAC units with recommended cleaning liquid and finally cleaning with water, drying etc. i/c re-fixing of cooling coil filters in the existing place etc complete as required. |
