| 2 | Complete rewinding of 3 HP 3 phase motor/ Pump by way of dismantling motor from base frame by opening of foundation bolts, loading to workshop site and unloading it there. Disconnecting of all motor leads, dismantling of motor, taking out the rotor from the stator and complete disassembly as per requirement of job .Complete rewinding of stator coils of induction motor with suitable copper wire after complete removal of burnt out winding, cleaning of slots, etc. insulation, varnishing, tapping etc. Assembling of all motor parts. Job also includes replacement of pump shaft and impeller by way of welding, turning and finishing and then providing /fitting of 2 nos. bearings of reputed make in place of damaged bearings as per old size and sample. Shifting of the motor and pump back to site in private vehicle, fitting of motor, coupling and alignment with pump, making of all electrical connections and testing of the pump set at full load at site. SSH to workshop, unloading the pump set at the workshop, complete dismantling the motor and pump. Job includes repair to submersible pump by way of providing & fitting of 02 nos. new impellers in place of old worn out impellers, rebuilding of pump shaft by S.S. welding, turning, polishing & finishing to exact size at damaged portions. P/f of new bushes, cotters and neck rings etc. and complete assembly of pump. Providing/fitting of new thrust pad assembly, repair to motor rotor shaft by welding, turning & finishing to exact size, p/f of 02 sets of bush housing, studs, nuts, bolts etc.The job includes cost of material, tool and tackle charges , carriage charges, labour & handling charges ,taxes etc.. |
| 5 | Complete rewinding of 30 HP submersible motor by extracting out burnt wiring from the motor and then rewinding of motor with new copper wire of suitable gauge as per previous specifications and replacement of bearings as per old sample. Complete assembling of submersible motor & testing in the test pit. Fitting of the pump & motor in tie-clamp, testing complete set in the pit at workshop and shifting back to the site on mechanical transport.The job includes cost of material, tool and tackle charges , carriage charges, labour & handling charges ,taxes etc |
| 6 | Rewinding of 5 HP 1425 rpm 415 V Delta 50 Hz 3 phase induction motor of AHU installed for OT no. 4 , 6 and 2 of SSH Jammu by the way of dismantling from its installed place and then carriage of motor to workshop for repairing. Job includes rewinding of the motor by way of complete extraction of the burnt copper windings from the motor and then providing /fitting of new copper windings of suitable gauge as per old sample and then varnishing it properly and drying of stator The job includes p/f of bearings as per old sample. The job also includes carriage of the motor back to site and assemble it at its original place, making all the electrical connections and testing the motor on full load.
