| 3 | Calibration of HT control proctection relay unit ( 3 set) which comprise of IDMT relay (inverse definite minimum time) transformer differential relay with help of current injection unit kit and other necessary accossories like current coil, calibaration unit etc. checking and calibration of ameper, voltmeter, power factor meter, KWH meter. Checking inspection of the CT (current transformer) , PT (potential transformer) and termianals etc as required. |
| 4 | Attending Emergency Breakdown of Power Equipment |
| 5 | Attend the emergency complaints visit of 2 X 1000 KVA, 33 KV/ 0.415KV transformer input and output terminal box inspection, observation, testing, insulation painting, carbon cleaning by SRC, CTC then megger testing minimum 5000V and above. Testing the Buchholz relay functioning, LT 3 phase 4 wire bus trunking, conseverter tank, silica gel breather change including of all type consumables. |
| 6 | Attending complaints within the 24 hour under the AMC visit IIP 33 KV substation/ power house and solve the issue regarding 33 KV 20A/100A VCB (vaccum circuit unit) draw out the breaker unit inspection, observation, overhauling, testing, insulation painting, megger testing minimum 5000V and above as required checking the fault and removing, checking the CT (current transformer) , PT (potential transformer) terminal, Ameter and Voltmeter and run the system including the all type of consumables. |
| 7 | Attend the emergency complait of HT control panel relay unit system which has various type protection relay i.e. IDMT (inverse definite minimum time), transformer differential relay which is the part of VCB breaker unit inspection, overhauling, observation, testing, insulation painting, all type consumables, megger testing minimum 5000V and above as required checking the fault and removing, checking the CT (current transformer) , PT (potential transformer) termianl and Ameter and Voltmeter and calibrate the same and run the system. |
| 8 | breakedown visit for 500 KVA 33/0.415KV CSS (make ABB) (compact substation) checking, testing, faulting finding and fault removing of VCB, transformer and power factor controller panel which are in combined unit all to be done by only authorizied service engineer. |
| 9 | Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 33 KV grade as required: |

| 11 | De-hydration / filtration of 2 X 1000 KVA Transformer Oil by using dehydration machine and BDV value after filtration must be achieved as per norms. Including all necessary accessories etc. as required. |
| 12 | Attending emergency complaint and servicing of L&T make ACB breaker 1600A 4 pole EDO / MDO and make the system operational with all major overhauling done by authorized service engineer of L & T only etc as required. |
| 13 | Supplying and fixing push bottom cum LED indicator 22.5mm dia with NO+NC block assembly with complete wiring etc as required. |
| 14 | Supplying and fixing type 1+2 AC surge protection device three phase (TP-N) 50KA Imax with remote signaling |
