Servicing of package units-06 Nos of capacity11TR-05Nos & 22TR-01No installed at Hon’ble High Court Complex Jammu by way of cleaning of pre-filters, chemical cleaning of cooling coil of indoor & outdoor units, spraying chemical cleaner over the coil surface using jet cleaner pump on both sides of coil for at least 20 minutes and then spraying the coil with fresh water till the foam goes away or till the chemical is washed off and the cleaning process is repeated till the fins and cooling coil are totally cleaned. The job also includes cleaning of nozzle head, greasing of motor bearings and cleaning of duct as per requirement at site to clear the blockage. The job includes p/f of V-belts in place of damaged ones and checking/repair to blower alignment. Complete job includes cost of material, labor charges, all taxes etc.

Servicing to 50 TR chiller air conditioning plant installed at Hon’ble High Court Complex Jammu by way of holding of all butterfly valves of condenser and evaporator lines. Job includes opening of front & rear header of condenser unit, circulating of chemical descaler compound in tubes with the help of pump, removing of loosened scale deposited by using bristled brush, roding of tubes of condenser, circulating of alkaline neutralized water and flushing with fresh water, closing of front and rear header of condenser and supplying of water through butterfly valves.

Replacement of old refrigerant compressor oil with new oil by draining out complete old compressor oil. Compressor oil to be use with HFC and Highly fluorinated environmentally safe refrigerants, fire point 250C˚. Complete job in all respects includes cost of material, skilled labour and all handling charges, taxes.

Replacement of old/damaged drier core with new one. Complete job in all respects includes cost of material, skilled labour and all handling charges, taxes.

Complete cleaning and servicing of window/split air conditioners of different capacities installed at different locations of Judicial academy, ADR centre and Hon’ble High Court, Jammu by way of disconnecting main supply to the air conditioners, then complete servicing of the air conditioners (indoor & outdoor units for the split ACs) and window air conditioners by way of extracting the window ACs from their slots. Chemical cleaning of cooling coils, spraying chemical cleaner over the coil surface using jet cleaner pump on both sides of coil for atleast 20 minutes and then spraying the fresh water on the coils till the foam goes away or till the chemical is washed off and the cleaning process is repeated till the fins and cooling coils are totally cleaned, then replacement of the damaged wiring if required and connecting the main supply to the units and trail run on full load.
