| 1 | EXECUTION OF BALANCE MECHANICAL AND PIPING WORKS AS PER BELOW DETAILS AND ATTACHED TENDER DOCUMENTS: |
| 2 | Supply, Fabrication and Erection of structural:The job includes supply, fabrication, welding, erection in position of structural members at all elevation as per drawing. The rate is inclusive of all Machinery like Chain pulley blocks, Gas cutting, grinding machine, hydra, crane (if any) etc., welding, electrode, scaffolding, all consumables, manpower etc. required to complete the work. Structural steel members shall be IS 2062 Gr. A/B. SAIL/TATA/RINL(Vizag Steel) product should be used.The structural steel members should be strictly as per makes/specification specified against each & every item and the supplier has to provide the quality certificate of the original manufacturer along with the materials supplied.The payment terms are as follows:(i) For supply of Structural at HBL Site: 60% of SOR(ii) For Fabrication: 20% of SOR against Fabrication. Only Theoretical weight of steel sections shall be considered for payment.(iii) For Erection: 20% of SOR against Erection in field (job completion at field/required location). Only Theoretical weight of steel sections shall be considered for paymentThe detailed scope of work and technical specifications given for job shall be followed. |
| 3 | Fabrication and Erection of structural:This clause is applicable when structural material (IS-2062) is supplied by HBL. The job includes fabrication, welding, erection in position of structural members (IS2062) at all elevation as per drawing. The rates are inclusive of all Machinery like Chain pulley blocks, Gas cutting, grinding machine, hydra, crane (if any) etc., welding, electrode, scaffolding, all consumables, manpower etc. required to complete the work. Only Theoretical weight of steel sections shall be considered for payment.The payment terms are as follows:(i) For Fabrication: 50% of SOR (ii) For Erection: 50% of SOR (job completion at field/required location) The detailed scope of work and technical specifications given for job shall be followed. |
| 4 | Erection of structuralThis clause is applicable when structural material (IS 2062)/ /grating/chequered plate is already fabricated at HBL site. The fabricated structural material shall be supplied by HBL. Fabrication means welding is already completed for piece at site/yard (for structural members) at HBL.The job includes erection, welding and fixing in position of structural fabricated assembly at all elevation as per drawing. The rates are inclusive of all Machinery like Chain pulley blocks, Gas cutting, grinding machine, hydra, crane (if any) etc., welding, electrode, scaffolding, all consumables, manpower etc. required to complete the work. The payment terms are as follows:For Erection: 100% of SOR (job completion at field/required location) Only Theoretical weight of steel sections shall be considered for paymentThe detailed scope of work and technical specifications given for job shall be followed.
