Dismantling of hand pump by way of extraction of cylinder Assembly along with Riser Pipes & Connecting Rods. It includes bailing out of deposited material viz: silt, sand, pebbles, debris and turbid/muddy water from the well using bailing process thereof. All sundry items required for the job are to be provided by the firm

Providing & fitting of Hexagonal bolt M12 x 20 with Hexagonal Nut M12 with Washer.

Providing & fitting of Chain of 25.4 mm pitch Roller Chain with 7 links, with chain coupler forged or machined out of 60 mm M.S. round bar.

Providing & fitting of Handle Axle machined out of 26 mm Stainless Steel round bars.

Providing & fitting of bearings single side threaded SKF 6204-Z or any reputed make with adequate greasing.

Providing & fitting of high tensile hexagonal bolt M10 x 40 mm.

Providing and fitting of Plunger Rod machined from stainless steel round bar.

Providing and fitting of reducer cap made of cast iron.

Providing & fitting of rubber seal retainer made from gun metal or naval brass and providing & fitting of rubber for lower valve made of nitrile rubber.

Providing and fitting of check valve made from gun metal or naval brass.

Assembling the hand pump and lowering thereof full assembly after carrying out necessary repairing and testing thereof to the full satisfaction of the site in charge. The job includes providing & fitting of all other items required for complete repairing of hand pump for satisfactory commissioning as per the job requirement.

Providing and Fitting of cylinder pump assembly made of cast iron body which include mainly brass rod, sealing ring chrome tanned leather/nitrite, plunger yoke body made from gun metalor navel brass rubber sealing of nitrile rubber, check valve made from gun metal or navel brass, (complete unit).

Providing and fitting of connecting rods assembly of length 3mtr which couplers welded of M12x 50 electro galvanized and end to end connected compatilbility.
