| 4 | Providing and laying sand gravel mix as per mixed to a consolidated thickness of 100mm, using 0.67 cm of sand/ M sand and 0.69 cm of gravel for every cum consolidated sand gravel mix to give a soaked CBR valve of minimum 20 including cost and conveyance of sand and gravel from approved sources to work site and premeasurement including labour charges for mixing the required quantities of sand and gravel to the proportion and consistency using soft portable water to keep up optium moisture content over day and night mixing well on the next morning water sprinkler and laying watering including all leads spreading the mix in layers not less than 10cm and not more than 15 cm watering and consolidating including labour charges for mixing spreading and hire charges fuel charges and running charges for power rollers, water sprinkles and all other tools and plants etc. complete complying with standard specifications. |
| 5 | Dadooing Floor with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles conforming to IS 15622 of 300x200x6 mm sizes in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone sand),10 thick with Mortar Plasticizer and pointing the joints with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works) |
| 6 | Dadooing walls with Colour designed digital print glazed tiles, with borders, with size of 300mm x 600mm x 10mm and above set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be Johnson / Kajaria / Somany / Nitco / RAK which has to be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works) |
| 7 | Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality of country bricks of size 8-3/4\\" x 4-1/4\\" x 2-3/4\\" for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction. |

| 11 | Supplying and fixing of M.S.grill of approved design for grill gate, grill work to doors and windows openings ramp etc., using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer members which should be fixed on edges including priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specification. |
