| 1 | Providing two legged scaffolding using 48.30mm dia heavy duty MS pipe over all height of 3.00m the distance between 2 legs being 1.25m and the spacing of the post being 2m in each rows and providing platform with C.W. planks using 40mm thick silver oak and 1.00m wide in complete form with horizontal bracings @ 1.50m c/c vertical direction and with cross bracings using same 48.30mm dia including cutting, threading assembly with red oxide primer, labour charges cost of speicals such on large plate, shoe, carcher, coupling, bolt and nut transportation charges and handling charges. The bottom of vertical post shall rest on 300x300x70mm 1:2:4 concrete base as per the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. |

| 5 | Racking out the brick joints of walls, arches, etc.,to a depth of approximately 5cm for a wall thickness of 45cm and above to remove the dead mortar in between the brick joints and cleaning the surface with coir brush and washed with pure water etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 6 | Pointing , grouting and filleting the brick joint of wall and arches with lime mortar 1:2 (one of lime and two of sand) using Pollachi lime in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 7 | Clean removal of saline action over the stone pillars, brick wall etc., will paper pulp treatment by using floating paper, distilled water, plastic bucket,coir, brush etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 8 | Replastering ( base plastering) the brick wall, pillars and arches, etc., with lime mortar 1:2 ( one of lime and two of sand) to a thickness of 30 mm laid in two layers of 15mm thick using Pollachi lime in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 9 | Painting the wall two coats with approved weather proof Ultima paint over two primer coat on plastered wall surface etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 10 | Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of wall putty as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The wall putty shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work). |
| 11 | Painting the wall two coats with approved Red oxide Emulsion paint over one primer coat on cement plastered wall surface ect., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 12 | Supplying and fixing the WPC door with frame using 75mmx50mm solid outer frames, its covered with 25mm thick solid WPC sheets for shutter paneeling shall rigidly fixed in position the rate including for transport, fixing with necessary furniture fitting such as 3nos 4\\" stainless steel but hinges, 2nos 6\\" stainless steel tower bolts, 2nos 4\\" stainles handle, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work. |
| 13 | Methodology: Providing the safety scaffolding and platform by contractors, removing all the exposed damaged fins façade dead mortars, spelled concrete, loosen particles by chizzel and hammer followed by cleaning the corroded rods which is oxidized. The cleaning method for rods by metal brush sand paper, protection anti corrosive paints for damaged rods for fully damaged rods cutting the area of broken rods and anchoring with new reinforcement rods/vertical and horizontal method and welding with for stensile strength. Complete bonding agent of old concrete surface and also reinforcement areas. Finaly for 20mm thickness 1 layer of micro concrete work for compressor strength. Finishing the plastering with river sand, cement recron fiber and sbr latex for additional strength in plastering water cure for 5 days and finishing with three coats of elastomeric water proofing paints to protect the structure by silance environment and carbon attack etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
