Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use for floor finish and dadooing walls in cement mortar with mosaic tiles/ glazed tiles / cuddapah slabs etc., as directed by the departmental officers

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of Size 1200 x 600 of 18 / 20mm thick and Synthetic Grey, Paradise and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., complete complying with standard speicification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work)

Easing the existing over hanging doors and windows including nerewing frame its position and refixing the same after attending petty repair works including for wrough and putup in position fixing necessary furniture excluding cost of aurniture etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Painting Old wood work with Two coat of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)
