MULTI CYLINDER FOUR STROKE WATER COOLED PETROL ENGINE TEST RIG LOAD TEST And HEAT BALANCE SHEET TEST ARRANGEMENTS• Make ISUZU / AMBASSADOR – USED Reconditioned • Engine – 10HP at 1500rpm coupled with Loading Device on a common base plate• Loading arrangements : Rope brake dynamometer with brake drum of size 300 mm dia, a rope brake arrangement with a rope, a hand wheel, a spring balance, a weight hanger, a set of dead weights and necessary cooling water inlet and outlet piping arrangement• Starting System : Self Starter• Temperature Sensors: Thermocouples with digital indicator & thermocouple selector switch• Fuel flow measuring arrangement: should consists of fuel tank, burette and suitable cock all mounted on a suitable frame work and panel board and supplied with fuel piping from fuel tank to Engine.• Water flow measuring arrangement: should consist of suitable inlet and outlet piping with flow control valve.
