Renewing and fixing of Cup-board Shutter using termite / water proof plywood of 19mm thick over which laminated sheet of 0.8mm thick fixed inside the shutter and 1mm thick fixed in the outside of the shutter using fevicol along with necessary furniture fittings, such as, hydralic hinges, tower bolt, handles, multi purpose locks etc., as directed by the Departmental Officers. The design pattern, water proof plywood, laminate sheet and other materials should be got approved from the Executive Engineer befoe use on work.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing Hilux (or) Equivalent Board False Ceiling upto a ceiling height of 4.5m from floor level.

Paving the floor with best quality Double Charged Vitrified Tiles 600 x 600 x 8mm and variety conforming IS 15622 with water absorbtion less than 0.08% of approved colour and shade laid over cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer in all floors and the top pointed with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and fixing of Four seated Visitor Chair The chair shall be on main frame of extruded aluminium of appropriate thickness and cross section so as to achieve the required strength and durability as per latest BIFMA X5.4 standard or EN12727 Level 4 and EN16139 Level 2 with powder coating of minimum 70 microns. The ends shall be aesthetically designed and plugged with end caps having suitable fixing arrangement. The seat shall be of integral type made from high density self-skinned integral PU foam coloured in the mass reinforced with outer steel frame of maximum 60 mm width with following options, and thickness so as to achieve the durability as per latest BIFMA X5.4 standard or EN12727 Level 4 and EN16139 Level 2. The frame support (Base / legs) shall be of high pressure aluminium die cast. The base / legs shall be finished with powder coating of minimum 70 microns. The design of the base/legs shall ensure that the chair remains stable and it should have suitable anti-skid level adjusting shoes of soft grip at the bottom. Four armrests made of high-pressure aluminium die cast shall be provided. The armrests should be finished with powder coating of minimum 70 microns. The chair shall not get displaced due to frequent occupying and vacating of chair by passengers and should have minimum weight of 55 Kg. The materials should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

Providing Wall Panelling using one side teak wood sheet with melamine polishing with following specification. The frame using aluminium tubular section of size 50mm x 25mm x 2mm thick fixing horizontally and vertically in position with wall at interval of 0.60m in both diretions, fixing water proof plywood of 12mm thick over the aluminium frame work with necessary screws. One side teak wood sheet of 3.5mm thick will be fixed over the plywood using fevical and finishing with melamine polishing and the rate inclusive of conveyance to site and labour charges and as directed by the Departmental Officers. The design pattern, water proof plywood, OST sheet and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work etc., complete.
