Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Cleaning the existing black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment. etc complete. as per sercifiction and direction of the Enigineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion presure distributer @ 0.20 Kg per Sqm on prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleained with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MOST & H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen transported to site,laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to required grade level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tendum roller to acheive the desired compaction asper Clause 504 of MoSRT & H specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th revision)

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen transporting to the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to required grade level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tendum roller to acheive the desired compaction asper Clause 508 of MoSRT & H specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th revision)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriag of mixed material by Tiper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on wel prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H specification for Road and Bridge works (4th Revision) Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
