| 6 | Fabrication & manufacturing of solid precast concrete element with provisions of shear keys, connecting loops, dowel tubes and proper lifting accessoriesfor walls, beams, slabs, stairs, column etc, of various thickness, shape and size of different concrete grades manufactured in controlled factory environment with approved methodology including moulds (Pallet system, Tilts form, table moulds, battery moulds, vertical moulds, beam moulds, column moulds, staircase moulds, Facade mould, etc.), mixing, transporting and placing of concrete, vibrating, curing, finishing, making necessary cutott/holes of required sizes for services. yard handling & stacking all complete as per IS 11447:1985 and as per approved shop drawings and design mix as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Cost of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing inserts will be paid separately). |
| 7 | Erection & Installation of Precast/Prestressed Concrete elements in correct & final position with proper line level and plumb at site making all arrangements (i.e cranes, push-pull jacks & all another T & P for lifting Placing & Alignment of elements, within erection tolerance as per IS 15916 as per approved shop drawings and all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge but excluding the cost of sim pads, non shrink grout and steel works i.e hangers. All work up to fifth floor. |
| 8 | Deweeding:-prooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 60cm, removing all weeds and other growth roots by forking repeatedly beraking clods rough dressing flooding with water uprooting fresh growths after 10 to 15days and then fine dressing for planting new grass including disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lift(yearly 2 times) |
| 9 | Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of solar street light system complete with LED luminaire (12W/24W as specified), lithium ferro phosphate (LiFePO4) battery, mono/polycrystalline solar PV panel of adequate capacity, charge controller (inbuilt or external as per design), pole (GI/Hot Dip Galvanized/MS tubular, 5-6 meters height) with accessories, battery box (if external), fixtures, clamps, wiring, and earthing, including necessary civil foundation work and pole erection at site, as per technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The system should be capable of automatic dusk-to-dawn operation and designed for minimum 4-5 days autonomy |
| 10 | Plantation of tree saplings at site including excavation of pits of required size (typically 60 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm or as specified), refilling the same with excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of earth reduced by 20% and 1 part of manure/sludge reduced by 8%), planting of healthy saplings, watering, dressing of surface, and removal of unserviceable material, debris, and surplus earth with all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
