Painting on concrete surface Providing & applying two coats of Water Based Cement Paint to unplastered concrete surface after cleaning the surface of dirt,dust, oil,grease,efflorescence & applying paint @ of 1lt/2 Sqm

Earthwork in excavation in foundation in hard rock within the initial lead and lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3 mtr in depth etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Supplying and filling foundation & plinth with good clean river sand including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance royality & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work complete (measurement will be taken for compacted section) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6 Nominal grade mix using portland slag cement in foundation and bottom layers of flooring and below pile cap etc. using 40mm size downgraded hard crusher broken granite aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry including weigh-batching. Mixing in appropriate mechanical mixers, lowering, laying and compacting to proper levelinclduing curing and cost of all materials with all taxes and royalities loading and unloading conveyance, labour, sundries and T&P etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete of M-150 having maximum compressive strength of 150 kg./cm2 ( test to be conducted) on 150 mm. cubes tested at 28 days including curing (tests conducted in accordance with IS-456 & IS-516) & conforming to clause-302 of IRC 21/1987 using clean crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate of 40 mm. size down grade of approved quality to be protested in the laboratory) obtained from approved quarry the proportion mix, grading conforming to relevant ISI/IRC codes including hoisting, lowering concrete in layers not exceeding 150 mm. thick each compacting with vibrator watering & curing for 28 days centering shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves & beads where necessary including cost, conveyance royality & taxes of all labour machineries etc. required for the work complete in all respects including dismantling the centering & shuttering as per clause 800,900, 1200 & 1800 of MoRD Specification for Rural Roads (1st Revision). & as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing Weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V): 20(H) towards drawing face complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge & & as per clause 614 of MoRD specification for Rural Roads (1st Revision).
