Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Cleaning the existing black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes to receive bituminous treatment. Etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Labour for scraping cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0kg of bitumen for 10 Sqm and laying 37.5 mm thick built up spray grouting in one layer 0.45 cum of 25mm to 40mm size hard granite metal and 12.00 Kg penetration grade of bitumen

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge & as per clause 503 of MoRD specification of Rural Roads (1st Revision )

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen transporting to the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to required grade level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tendum roller to acheive the desired compaction asper Clause 508 of MoSRT & H specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th revision)
