Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex etc. complete as per diretcion by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with Hydraulic burmer incliding as per Tecnical Specification clause 503. and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex, Bitumen ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

P/L of open graded premix carpeting of 20mm thick composed with 13.2 mm to 5.60mm grit aggregate or approved graded grit @ 0.27 cum/10Sqm. using bitumen (VG-10) @ 146.00 Kg./100Sqm. as bearing course, including heating of bitumen to required temperature, and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex, Bitumen ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T. Providing and applying seal coat type ‘C’ with 2.36 mm gauge stone grit @ 0.90 cum/100 Sqm & bitumen (VG-10) 65 kg/100 Sqm including heating of bitumen to required temperature, mixing of stone grit with suitable mixol, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex, Bitumen ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.
