80 mm मोटाई में edge block के अंतर्गत सीमेंट कंक्रीट 1:1.5:3 से बना हुआ अथवा पत्थर का block जिसकी मोटाई 20 सेमी., उंचाई 40 सेमी. होगी व block के टॉप की धार गोलाई में की जावेगी। block के स्थान पर इसी नाप का मोके पर निर्मित block भी स्वीकार्य होगा। मोके पर edge block नहीं लगाने की स्थिति में प्रति रनिंग मी. 0.08 घमी. सीमेंट कंक्रीट की दर से कटोती की जावे ।
