Complete removal of all existing roof treatment from RCC roof including old hussion felt, tiles etcand preparation of surface with wire brush and cleaning with water complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for 20mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with as per manufacturers instructionssurface finished even and smooth without using extra cement on roof surface and wall complete all as specified & directed (WPC will be measured and paid seperately as supply only ).

Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI marked.

M&L for 50mm thick 1:2:4 type B-0 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings including necessary from work as required at site. Complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.3L/sqm on roof surfaces. Complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying 3mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane over the bitumen coat surface weight not less than 3kg/sqm and over lap 100mm and sealed by torch application as per manufacture insteructions complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying two coats aluminium paint over bituminous surface of membrane complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water any description complete all as directed.

Material & labour 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair fair faces of brick wall orconcrete surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004 over new wall surfaceAlkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.Complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004 over old wall surface Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.Complete all as specified & directed.

Preparation of OLD steel surface of any descripion over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
