| 1 | Comprehensive, preventive and periodical maintenance of lifts/elevators/ installed in AHRR Complex as mentioned here-in-after, in reliable, safe and efficient manner using latest techniques & expertise consultancyby regularly examining, lubricating and adjusting the mechanical and electrical driving equipment incl replacement of unsv componenents such as, governor sleeve, shaft assembly, bearing / contact,governor jaws, car & hall mechanical buttons,car & hall position indicators, car direction indicators and all other car and landing signal / fixtures, deflectors, counter weight, guide rails, buffers, machines motors, generators, door ropes, UPS/ARD system, PCBs, belts, rollers, gears, bearings, solenoids, coils, chock brake shoes, liners, contactors, relays, coils, pushbuttons, door operator VVF drive, VVVF main drive, cardoor safety device, limit switches, governor, hoistway door locks, indicators and other machanical and electrical parts (excpet car cabin, landing door, sheave rim and Srl item No 02 to 10 of Sch \"A\") for smooth functioning of elevators and incl all machine works i.e. welding, cutting, drilling, screwing, etc.as and when required, to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, incl cost of materials complete incl Sunday and holiday all as specified & directed for following Lift(s) / Elevator(s) - |

| 5 | Notes for item No. 1.00 to 1.03: (i) The above maintenance shall be done through OEM of existing lifts.Please also refer Sch \"A\" Notes.(ii) The contractor shall have to submit MOU from OEM M/S Otis Elevators(for Item No. 1.02 to 1.03).(iii) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of T&P required for carrying out repairs, stationary for maintenance of recordall as specified.(iv) All the cleaning items (Dusting cloths, floor/Glass cleaner, SS steel cleaner, broom etc) shall be provided by the contractor and rates deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Otherwise a penalty of Rs. 100/- per day will be charged.(v)Any items not covered in Sch \"A\" (exceptcar cabin, landing door, sheave rim and Srl Item No 02 to 18 of Sch A) shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted forabove item for the smooth functioning of lifts and the contractor may quote the rate accordingly. Contractor is expected to inspect the lift before quoting the rate and Lifts will be handed over in the same condition. No claim will be admissible thereof. |
| 6 | Notes for item No. 1.00 to 1.03 (contd.):-(vi)Contractor shall be attending complaints round the clock i.e. 24 hrs. If contractor is not able to rectify the complaint, penalty shall be charged as given below:-(a)up to 1st day- NIL(b)2nd day- Rs 1000/- day(c)Subsequency for every days - Rs 2000/day.(vii) Contractor shall be responsible to register the day to day complaints of lifts and addressed the same with in the stipulated timeframe and the complaint registerwill be putup to the JE / Engr-in-charge on daily basis. (viii) The comprehensive / preventive / periodical maint incl, monthly, quarterly, half yearly inspection / testing as per service manual or as per IS standard will be submitted to Engr-in-charge. (ix) Contractor shall submit safety security certificate of lifts from OEM.(x) Adequate arrangements shall be made to dewatering the lift pit as and when water accumulates. Cost Should be included in the quoted rate. Otherwise penality of Rs 500 per day per lift will be recovered from the contractor.(xi) Contractor shall be responsible to update the imp tele number and safety precautions of inside the car cabin of each lifts and update the same time to time. |

| 19 | Providing and laying PU injection grouting treatment by drilling GI threaded nozzles to 1/3rd the depth of the concrete of 15 mm dia at 0.75 mtr, c/c tied to reinforcement while chocking both ends of nozzles. After the concrete pour, pressure grouting the nozzles with hand machne of requisite pressure so that the cement slurry is injected into the capilaries and thereby creating dense concrete. Suitable grouting admixture like Dr Fixit PIDICRETE AM or equivalent in SIKKA/FOSROC/CHOCKSEY to be admixed with cement slurry so as to make the mix more flowable, non-shrink expanding and watertight. Flushing/ removing the nozzles from the structure and plugging the holes with Dr Fixit Epoxy Mortar or equivalent in SIKKA/FOSROC/CHOCKSEY complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 20 | M&L for Providing and Applying Two Component High Performance Polymer Modified Cementitious waterproofing coating, Dr. Fixit Fastflex @ 2.4 kg/Sqmor equivalent in Sikka for 2 Coats to achieve a DFT of 1.5 mm, which has got following technical properties: 1. Elongation of 120% elongation as per ASTM D 412:2016 2. Crack Bridging up to 2 mm as per EN 1062- 7:2004 3. Water penetration (5 bar pressure) as per EN 12390-8:2019 4. Tensile strength of 1 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 412:2016 5. Reduction of Rapid Chloride Permeability 70%as per ASTM C 1202:2019 Dr. Fixit Fastflex is applied in two coats at 1:1.4 (Liquid: Powder) mix ratio part by weight. Take up the first coat application with a stiff nylon brush. 6 to 8 hrs after completion of first coat, take up second coat application in a direction perpendicular to the first. Complete the application and leave to air cure for 3-5 days. Thecoating shall be extended up to 300 mm from FFL on vertical walls. |
