Providing and Fixing Victorian type garden bench of approved design having both side arms made of moulded single peace cast iron having weight not less than 48Kg with back height 720 mm (+/- 5mm) and seating height 390mm (approx). Both side arms of bench shall be connected with 11 Numbers M.S. Tubes rectangular type 65x25mm and 16 SW gauge thick of length 1500 mm for seating and back purpose with extra support of seating position of bench with 25x5mm M.S. Flat. The bench have the provision of hold fasts fixed with all four legs embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement 2 coarse sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm normal size) of blocks of size 0.23x0.23x0.30 metre including excavation of pits for four concrete blocks including prier and painting with approved quality of enamel paint like Berger, Asian, Nerolac Paints etc. Minimum weight of bench shall be 90Kg per bench (The weight of all the steel and cast iron member as mentioned above). The work shall be executed as per entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.Note.1.The rate is inclusive of the cost of CC Block and excavation.(2) For weight less than 90 Kg recovery on pro rate base shall be made(3) No payment shall be made for weight more than 90 Kg.

Providing and fixing of precast RCC chair bench with arm rest each bench consists of 2 no, L-shaped base support in grey cement colour (thickness 80 mm x90 mm, 890 mm back height; 450 mm front height with base width 690 mm) and 1 no. reinforced concrete plank in red colour of size 1500 mm x 400 mm x 50 mm and 1 no. of reinforced concrete plank in red colour of size 1500 x 425 mm x 50 mm total height of the bench 890 mm manufactured using cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5 coarse sand : 3 stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) using vibro compaction process reinforced suitably to promote long use and to prevent damage during handling. Transportation & erection, all parts are joined together with galvanised nuts and bolts of suitable size and all bolts are sealed after assemebly, bench top and back planks are treated with special anti-corrosive water proof coating so as to make surface glossy and water proof and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fiving name board made of MS Sheet 90x60cm, 1mm thick with frame of MS angle 50x50x6mm, two diagonal braces at the back of the sheet of MS flat 40x6mm, total height of the board above ground level 2.40m, length of legs below ground 0.30m embedded in CC block 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) 30x30x45cm including excavation and removal of surplus earth with in 50m lead, applying priming coat of approved steel primer, painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and lettering with enamel paint of approved colour (one side) as per drawing/direction of Engineer-in-Charge
