Cleaning & Surface preparation: Cleaning of concrete structure of Dam gallery by deploying expert labour having experience of working on Dam structures with using latest Machines, Tools. and T & P with all safety equipment and necessary arrangements as directed by the Engineer in Charge

Treatment of Construction Joints: Step-1 a : Groove Cutting and Cleaning Groove cutting of approx. 25mm X 50mm along with the construction joint with a chipping machine/ Concrete cutter and cleaning the groove surface with air blower and water jet by deploying expert labour having experience of working on Dam structures with using latest Machines, Tools and all safety equipment to make the surface clean and free of foreign material and contaminants etc. b: Priming of cut groove and filling: Providing and applying Prime coat/Bond coat on the cut groove followed by groove filling with cement based, low shrinkage & polypropylene fiber reinforced crystalline repair mortar. c. Nozzle Fixing: Providing and fixing nozzles of 10 mm -12 mm diameter and 350 mm length along with the construction joints by using high strength repair mortar. Nozzles will be fixed in a distance of 1 meter each d: Filling the construction Joints: Filling of the bottom 25X25mm depth by Low shrinkage fiber reinforced Cementous crystalline based high strength mortar having properties of: 1) Superior bond strength of 2.3 Mpa as per ACI-503R, ii) Chemical durability (mass loss negligible i.e. 0.22% in 84 days ASTM C 267), (ii) High strength (59.3 Mpa@ 28 days. ASTM C 109). (v) Ranid chloride permeability (420

Application of Crystalline coating: Step 1: Cleaning the surface of Dam structure by deploying expert labour having experience of working on Dam structures with using latest Machines, Tools and all safety equipment to make the surface clean and free of foreign material and contaminants etc. including water jet cleaning Step2: Application of crystalline based waterproofing Coating & durability enhancement to the concrete surface in two coats @ 0.80kg/sqmt/coat. The work shall be done as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Repair of contraction/Expansion joints: Chipping and cleaning of existing damage concrete up to the sound concrete to make 50 mm groove by deploying expert labors having experience of working on tunnels/Dam structures with using latest Machines, Tools, and T & P to make the surface clean and free of loose materials. Further the cleaning of prepared concrete surface by water jet cleaning to remove dust. oil and other contaminants to make it ready for application. The work shall be done by using all safety equipment and necessary arrangement, as directed by the engineer in charge. Filling of Pot Holes by Crystalline repair mortar having properties of: a) Initial setting time of 3.50 minutes - ASTM C 266b) Pull of bond strength 0.8 Mpa-CSA A23.2-6BC) Compressive strength 31 Mpa in 28 days - ASTM C-109.Steps involves:a) Surface preparation- joint cutting up to 50 mm width and 125 mm depthb) Inserting NEOPRENE SEAL inside the joint.c) Filling with Polyurethane sealantd) Protective layer of EPDM.e) Providing & fixing aluminum sheet for protection.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50 mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32 mm x 32 mm x 2 mm @ 0.90 mtr. C/C and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32 mm x 32 mm x 2 mm in 3 rows in staircase as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc including cost,conveyance, taxes of all materials, with all labour, T&P etc. required for the complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
