| 5 | Supply, laying, jointing and testing of ductile iron pressure pipe with socket & spigot ends, ISI marked, conforming to IS : 8329/2000 in standard length of 5.50 - 6.00 meter of size 150 mm Bore, classification K-9, suitable for and including push on rubber tyton joints (gasket D-jointing) with cement mortar lining in the pipes, including aligning the pipes inside trenches as per IS:12288/1987 and testing the joints with required water pressure complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note.(i) Cutting of pipe, excavation, earth works and CI/ DI specials shall be measured and paid for separately. |
| 6 | S&F DI pipe fittings up to 150 mm bore such as bends, tapers, tee, pieces single/ branch, \"Y\" junction, collars, caps and plugs etc., spigot socketed or flanged ends type, conforming to IS : 9520/2000 with pressure rating PN 1.0 (all the fittings shall be coated for rust prevention i.e. external coating zinc rich paint with finishing layer of bituminous as per Annexure - A of IS : 9523/2000 and internal lining shall be of cement mortar with seal coat as per Annexure \"B\" of IS : 9523/2000) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:(i) Joint and jointing material shall be measured and paid separately.(ii) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately. |

| 13 | M&L for cutting the existing road/ PCC (average width and depth of cuttings shall be 300 mm x 450 mm) for passing pipe and making good the disturbed surface using PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for top 100 mm thickness and rest filling with earthwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 14 | M&L for Cutting to existing CI/ DI/ MS pipe line of size 150 mm bore required for repair/ replacement of pipe line and insertion of collars/tail pieces, tee etc., including dewatering of pit any complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Exvation and earth work if any, shall be measured and paid for separately. |
| 15 | Design, fabricate, supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of indoor type dust proof & vermin proof cubicle panel board compartmentalized with seperate bus and cable alley chambers suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply system as per latest IS/ IEC standards & regulations, factory fabricated in an approved factory (Manufacturer possessing CPRI test report for equivalent ratings) having modern fabrication facilities, made out of CRCA sheet steel of 3 mm thick for outer shell and 2 mm thick for inner shell with front and rear openable double leaf doors with two point locking arrangement i.e., locking system with handle up & down arrangement & pad locking facility. |
| 16 | Complete panel board shall powder coated with approved shade duly pre-treated with seven tank process and suitable packing material for IP-54 degree of protection and including provision of 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm angle iron base frame of suitable size for mounting the panel board with a minimum ground clearance of 450 mm above GL to the bottom of panel including PCC foundation with PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), Detachable gland plates including double compression stainless steel cable glands of suitable size shall be provided for all incoming and outgoing cables.
