Material and labour for painting adequate number of coats for lines , dashes, arrows, letters, etc on road pavements and the likerunway / taxiway / helipad / apron etcexceeding 10 cm wide water base road markingpaint white , golden, yellow, or of any tint approved MORTH , IRC and AAI including preparation of old /new painted pavement surface complete all as specified and directed.Make of run way marking paint . M/s Asian paints, M/s Shalimar Paints, M/s Johnson and Nicholson, M/s Berger Paints.Note : - Paint shall be applied as per manufacture instructions.

Preparingsurfaceof black top surfaces by burshes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with broomsand finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Repairs to potholes, any depth not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or scoring sunken surfaces in road, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making road around by filling in screened graded road metal) watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) using power roller of 8-12 tonne capacity and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 6kg per 10sqm using pavingbitumen grade VG-10 on top surface, all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for premix bituminous macadam, (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) by using 4% bitumen content using paving bitumen any panetration of grade VG-30 (confirming to IS-73-2006) laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power road roller laid with mechanical paver etc completeall as specified and directed.

Material & Labour forbituminous premix dense asphaltic concrete (DAC) 30mm consolidated thickness with 6.50% binder content(using bitumen grade VG-30) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant using design mix suitable for helipad,IRC 105:2019 (for Airfields) , and laid with mechanical paver and rolled and compacted using8 to 12 tonne capacity vibratory tandom power road roller to achive a min of 98% of the density obtained in the laboratary the required compactness to required camber and gradient complete including cutting edged of road straight and site clearance, all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for applying cold polymer Modified Emulsion (Rapid setting) (PME) mopping of total cold liquid PME 1.00 Ltr per sqm (undiluted) for two coats with mineral filler as recommended by manufacturer of PME (after diluting with water), each coat diluted in the ratio 1:1 (PME: Water) and ensure uniform finish of runway/ helipad complete all as manufacturer instructions and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. The tenderer shall take into consideration the following points while quoting his rate for this item :-(a) Care shall be taken to fill wider gaps/cracks with 0.6mm to 2.36mm size coarse sand as per manufacturer\"s instruction.(b) Performance guarantee certificate for two year shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE on completion of the work as specified.

Material & Labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-1@ 3 Kg per 10 Sqm using on black top surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.
