Repair of the scrapper mechanism of the Clarifocculator/floculator tank of 1.5 lakh gallon capacity by changing coupling, bearing and gear reduction system including motors replacement of capacity from 1 to 5 HP /repairs including welding work to repair the channel of scrapper either the old or by new channel of required size there by making it operational to avoid settling of dust or floating particles on the floor of the tank and proper sturning action for alum mixing, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply of Water Level Sensor for overhead tank /sump with 10 Stage (%) Digital displays of level of water and features of Buzzer alarm sounds on Low & High Levels to differentiate the sound is intermittent on full level & continuous in case of low level. Option to mute the buzzing sound by pressing the ACK (Acknowledge)Push Button.Inclusive of Corrosion free Magnetic 10 Nos Sensors including taking out old unserviceable analog water level indicator, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Copper tinned wire 3 core for connection, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for removing old paint by removers/burining by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers from the existing centrifigual pump sets including motor, coupling & base frame and painting the same by two coats of super enamelled paint with spray gun of the following capacity :-
