Comprehensive maintenance of electricallyoperated lift 01 Nowith full collective / selective control by carrying out periodical checks, repairs, attending to breakdowns and testing as specified to ensure smooth / safe and efficient operation, including minor spares and consumables, and keeping the lift in serviceable condition all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Specifications of lift:Make: Premier Engineering SystemsType: Passenger lift (capacity 544 kg/ 8 persons) (G+2 floors)Lift motor: 5.5 KW 50 Hz. Note: (i) The spares/electrical items as listed below as SUPPLY ONLY will be used whenever required only and it shall measured and paid separately under respective items.(ii) The rate is inclusive of all items as required at site except those items as SUPPLY ONLY below to keep the lift operational round the clock including cleaning and greasing all moving parts on monthly basis complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iii) The contractor should attend any complaint / breakdown immediately on call basis. (iv) Contractor should submit the inspection / maintenance report of every visit inspite of no of visits during breakdown calls including mentioning the status of lift and spares any replaced. (v) The old unserviceable spares replaced under comprehensive maintenace i.e in S.No 02 to 05 of this BOQ is the property of contractor for which credit shall be deducted under respective items in schedule of credit.(vi) Cost of renewal of lift license and lift insurance is deemed to be included in the quoted rate .(vii) Quoted rate includes for load testing by licensed Lift Inspector of Tamil Nadu once in contract period for saftey.Certificate issued by the licensed lift inspector shall be submitted to Eng-in-charge.

Note Continued: (ix) In case if the lift is not working for more than 48 hours but less than 10 days, Recovery will be affected at the rate of Rs 2,000/- per lift per day and Rs 3,000/- per lift per day after 10 days.(x) The above lifts shall be repaired through OEM (Original manufacturer) or through their nearest authorised/accredited agency service personnel only.The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from the OEM of lift or their authorised/accredited agency.(xi) Fortnightly, monthly, quarterly maintanence registers shall be maintained and signed by site engineer and contractor.
