Cleaningofexistingsurface thoroughly by brooming and brushing and air blowing to ensure no loose or dust particles at existing surface.

Providing and applying TACK COAT with VG-30 bitumen @0.20 to 0.25 Kg of sq.mt. over prepared surface to receive bituminous mix by applying TACK COAT with mechanical spray bitumen, including cleaning of road surface etc (In parts and patches).

P/L Mastic 25mm thick with 11.00 % (with tolerance of + 0.3) of 10/20 bitumen. Bitumen by weight of mix bitumen content including.

Cutting remove road top surface by using the milling machine, upto 100 mm.

Cleaning of existing surface thoroughly by brooming and brushing and air blowing to ensure no loose or dust particles at existing surface.

Providing and applying TRACK COAT with VG-30 bitumen @ 0.20 to 0.25 Kg of sq.mt. over prepared surface to receive bituminous mix by applying TRACK COAT with mechanical spray bitumen, including cleaning of road surface etc.

P/L hot mixed graded Bituminous macadam of VG-30 Bitumen by weight of mix to the required grade, level and chamber, rolling with 10/12 tones power roller vibratory roller & sensor paver etc. Using grading ll of \"MORTH\" andadding antistripping agent 1% of by weight of Bitumento thickness of 50mm.

P/L hot mixed premix seal coat 20mm thick with 5.65% (with tolerance of + 0.3) of VG-30. Bitumen by weight of mix bitumen content including rolling etc.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
